BioStor Ice Bath with BioBloks
Ice Bath with BioBloks. Invented by NSS. Copied by Others.

Perfect for bench-top incubation of heat sensitive biological samples at 0C. Chemical and corrosion resistant, anodized
aluminum BioBloks provide excellent temperature conductivity over entire sidewall of tubes while holding them out of melting ice. Three BioBloks, with tube-shaped cavities, are offered for 0.65ml,
1.7ml, or 2.0ml ClickSeal MicroCentrifuge Tubes and screw-cap BioStor Vials. Constant temperature of 0C is easily maintained
with only occasional crushed ice replenishment. Bath will hold up to 48 tubes in 4 BioBloks. Tubes can be sampled without being removed from block, eliminating heat transfer caused by handling. BioBloks
may be frozen, used in tempered water baths, and fit many dry-heat incubator wells. Insulating walls and bottom of bath prevent sweating, even in high humidity. Baths have non-skid feet, and stack to
utilize counter top and cold storage space efficiently. Bath dimensions, 4 3/8"H x 13"W x 8"D.
